God’s Love
At the Fifty-Ninth of Isaiah, the prophet warned that one’s iniquities cause his separation from God. Yet, at the Eighth of Romans, the apostle Paul declared that nothing at all can separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. There is a great difference in being separated from the Father and being separated from His love. At the Fifteenth of Luke, the Savior told of a wayward son that wasted his inheritance in riotous living. Though separated from his father, he was never separated from his father’s love. This is evidenced when the father saw his son coming home when the latter was yet a great way off. Receiving his son’s confession, he restored his place in the family. Nothing separates us from God’s love.
