Adherence to Divine Statute

The Eleventh of Hebrews plainly declares that it is impossible to please God without faith. It is further declared that God rewards those who diligently seek Him. What ensues are sixteen persons cited by name as examples of those who diligently demonstrated their faith by their deeds Countless more are also referenced anonymously as having done the same. Two of those mentioned by name are also referenced at the Second of James as the writer further pursues the point that faith without works is dead. That same diligence whereby these faithfully proved their fidelity to God is the diligence with which ancient Israel was told at the Sixth of Deuteronomy to keep the commandments of God. If ever there was warranted a call to due diligence, it is most certainly in the exhibition of faith that is adherence to Divine statute.
