When my children were small, I loved taking walks with them. We would hold hands, enjoying each other and the day, discussing many things. They were always precious times spent together.
Our Father in heaven wants us to walk with Him. To walk with someone (including God), you must be present with them, in agreement with them, and moving together with them in the same direction (Amos 3:3). Our journey with God starts with understanding His Scriptures and steps forth in agreement and obedient, righteous living.
Do not miss this thought: Our Father in heaven wants us by His side. Endeavor today to walk closer to and more happily with Him.
