Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth (3 John 2).
I have a friend who is constantly thanking God for good health. It is a prayer we can all pray. My friend prays it because in times past he has not been in good health. It seems little else matters in this life when our health fails us.
It is good for us to pray that God would bless others with good health. But notice that before the health of the body comes the health of the soul.
Think of someone for whom you could pray this prayer and then pray for that one. Then send him/her a note, email or Facebook post and let them know you have prayed that
prayer even as John did for his beloved friend Gaius.
