But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father (Mark 13:32).
What a joy-filled thought that we shall see the King some day! Of that wonderful day, there is no doubt.
The Lord promised to His followers: “I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also” (John 14:2-3).
Those who love Him happily look forward to His coming again, but no one knows when “that day and hour” will be. Thus, as Jesus Christ enjoined, we must “Watch and pray” (Matthew 24-26), prepared for the time when we shall meet the Lord – whenever that time shall be.
