Daily Lift – December 31, 2015

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen (Revelation 22:21).

Various books of the New Testament begin with blessings being sought from God upon those to whom the letter is written. At times those choice words were “peace,” “mercy” and “grace” and similar blessings.

Whether we speak of unmerited favor, receiving what we do not deserve or not receiving what we do deserve – we beg our Father’s blessings be upon us and others.

As we close another year – may we ever seek His favor, as we diligently walk as righteously as possible, passionately seeking to know His will for our lives, drawing nearer daily to Him, endeavoring to bring glory and honor to our Almighty Father.

How comforting to know our Father has promised an eternal mansion (John 14:1-3).
