Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy (Jude 24).
Imagine one being protected from falling and never being hurt. God is able to do that. Such protection does not come from some sort of mystical force field or even so-called “guardian angels,” but from adding the “Christian graces” (2 Peter 2:3-11): “… add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity” (vs. 5-7).
Standing “faultless” before God will most certainly be exceedingly joyful. One will be faultless being cleansed by the blood of the Lamb. Such is the joy that is known by every new Christian (Acts 8:39).
