Heart of a Murderer
While many may have thought such things as war and capitol punishment to be murder while Scripture demonstrates that they are not, many more may have never considered something to be murder that actually is. At First John Three, the apostle wrote that he that hated his brother is a murderer. This is because the heart of hatred is the heart of the murderer. At the Fifteenth of Matthew, Jesus taught that it is out of the heart that proceed evil thoughts and murders, and these things defile a man. Such a person is frighteningly like Satan himself, whom the Savior said at the Eighth of John was a murderer from the beginning. Because a person is what he is in heart, he is a murderer who has the heart of a murderer.
