Full Benefit of Them
In the world of commerce, goods are considered to be worth what buyers are willing to pay for them. To redeem the souls of humanity, there seemed to be no price that Heaven would not pay to achieve their redemption. As the Savior instituted His Memorial Supper at the Twenty Second of Luke, He indicated that His body would be given for man, and His blood shed for man. Hence, Paul the apostle pointed out at First Corinthians Six that the redeemed are bought with a price, and that both body and spirit belong to Him. Because such an unspeakable price was Divinely paid for these, it is only proper that the Lord should be glorified by having the full benefit of them.
