Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ (Titus 2:13).
Christians live their lives with an earnest expectation of heaven. It should be our passionate desire, so much so that it is hard to think of anything else.
Sadly, God’s people often take their eyes off the prize. They lose focus and begin to fall or surrender to temptation. Satan makes it so easy to be distracted with “things” of this world (Luke 12:17).
However, a reward awaits the faithful in Christ, and we should keep our eyes focused on our Lord’s return. According to the Scriptures, at that time, He will bless those who look forward to His return.
