The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good (Proverbs 15:3).
“God is watching you.” These words express the truth about the omnipresence of God. Most of the time, these words are spoken in an attempt to correct negative or sinful behavior. And, yes, the Lord does behold those who are evil and all the evil they commit.
The proverb, however, also reveals that God sees all those who are good. He sees a word spoken in kindness. He observes all of the hands that are busy in service to others. He knows about the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace to those who are lost.
“God is watching you.” Dear reader, what is He seeing? Show Him nothing but good. Remember, not only does He see the good, but He will also reward it abundantly.
